b/c spitting is easier than swallowing. . . .

Ugh - I have a terrible sore throat. Started Sunday evening with an annoying cough b/c sinus crud was draining down my throat and that made my throat raw and now it's very, very raw. Then a "slight" migraine started kicking up too. I must admit that the visual auras I get are very pretty. It's like a kaleidoscope of plasma, usually green but yesterday somewhat blue and then yellow when I faced the sun and then gray when I covered my eyes with my hand.

Of course I have a ton of work to do and having to stare at a computer helps none of this. I should just go sit outside for a bit and enjoy the sunshine, huh? yeah, that's what I'll do for a bit. Be healthy all.
