No running water again today. This time the result of a pump fire -but according to the paper we were supposed to be exempt as jamaica beach has a different water service than galveston. argh! no choice but to pack up and head elsewhere for the day. . . change of scenery might be good as I have diagramming and sketching work to do offline. . .

It really is impossible to relax whilst in the company of an almost-six year old, is it not? Even though today is supposed to be all about relaxing. Been trying to get him dressed and moving so we can go to Palm Beach all day and it's already afternoon!
