So Google wants to do an phone interview some time next week. I normally don't talk about such things for fear of "jinxing" things but in this case that's exactly why I'm doing it! I really don't want to move nor take a gig where I'd have to go into the office every day. I know, I suck but still, "it's Google," so it's just nice to have the option. So I dunno what I'd do, it's "only three months" but then I've done that before too and gotten sucked into stuff so I'm wary. I don't need the resume padding, already got some big names on there, but three summer months in the Bay Area? hmmm. . . worth thinking about.

And if nothing else maybe I'll get an interview trip and get to have dinner with Oz again!

Finally found my way to Google NYC after a rather interesting commute. A short walk and it's freezing butt cold outside so you'd think this the place they'd have the heated toilet seats like at the mothership in Mountain View, but alas only free wifi and food. Some folks are never satisfied. ;-)

There are rumors of a party this evening but I have to catch a train back to NJ and Cindy's place so we'll see.
