Should I stay or should I go. . .
Nov. 7th, 2009 01:45 pmmy life's theme song. Today's decision is about possibly evacuating for a day or so - probably will. This article is saying it won't be "too bad" but I don't like taking chances.

Problem is that if I don't leave early enough then you get trapped in surrounded by water. Which still isn't too bad but then what if the power goes out? Then you're kind of screwed until the water recedes and they can get crews back to work on things. Oh and the sewers back up too which is kind of icky as well. . and well that probably means water lines are screwed too. Yeah, I don't have to convince you or me that it's not worth hanging around and hoping it's not too bad. I'm at my Mom's right now but have to head home to move a few things upstairs then grab the feline child. She will not be pleased.
Okay, better get to it.
